Face-to-face fundraising
Face-to-face fundraising is where professional fundraisers speak to members of the public about how CNWL NHS Health Charity supports Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
They ask members of the public if they would like to support the charity with a regular donation by direct debit.
Our fundraisers work across London and the surrounding areas in residential and private site locations.

Face-to-face fundraising FAQs
Fundraising in residential areas and private site locations is a cost-effective way to generate more funds to support our vital work across Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
Our fundraisers are currently working in the following areas (correct as of 17 February 2026):
N6, N8, N9, N10, N12
NW2, NW6, NW10
All official CNWL NHS Health Charity fundraisers will:
Wear an ID badge which includes their name, photo, ID number and details of the agency they work for.
Wear a tabard with the CNWL NHS Health Charity logo.
Our fundraisers will not ask for one-off donations or ask to take cash donations from you. They'll only ask you to support via direct debit.
If a fundraiser asks you for cash, please refuse and report the incident to us by calling 02076 855400 or email cnwl.charity@nhs.net.
The fundraiser that you spoke to should have made you aware that you would receive a welcome call after signing up to make a regular donation. This call is to confirm your details and check you're happy with your donation.
We're currently working with IXL Fundraising. We may work with additional agencies in future, depending on the needs of the Charity.
