Our social media community guidelines

Our social media channels are here to:

  • keep you updated on how your support is making a difference across Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust

  • share stories

  • celebrate achievements

We value our online community and want our channels to be a welcoming, respectful, and safe space for everyone.

To help us maintain this, we ask all users to follow these guidelines when engaging with our posts or sending us messages.

Our official social media channels

You can find CNWL NHS Health Charity on the following social media channels:

  • Avoid sharing personal, confidential or sensitive information

  • Do not post names, photos, or details about patients, staff, or volunteers without permission

  • Misinformation about health or treatments

  • Use of strong language, including swearing that may be offensive to others

Moderation

To keep the comments section safe, we will:

If your comment has been removed or your account is blocked and you’d like to understand why, please contact us at cnwl.charity@nhs.net

We monitor our social media channels every day throughout the year. On weekends and bank holidays, responses and moderation may take a little longer.
