The 26.2-mile route takes you through the heart of the capital, past iconic landmarks and lined with thousands of cheering supporters. From the thrilling atmosphere at the start line to the iconic finish on The Mall, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

Already have a place in the London Marathon?
If you have secured your own place in the London Marathon 2027, we’d love for you to run for CNWL NHS Health Charity.
There’s no registration fee or fundraising commitment (simply raise what you can). You’ll also get a CNWL running vest, plus amazing support from our cheer squad on race day.
